7 years later, Golden Leash has grown rapidly to over 15 trusted employees covering an entire county as it's service area. Our mission is to ensure every client feels their pet is in safe hands and that each team member is vetted for excellence. Upon hiring, each team member must pass a background check and go through training directly with our manager as well as shadowing other experienced team members before officially beginning their role. We take care to ensure each of our team members feels comfortable and confident before jumping into the mix. 

 

We are also dedicated to keeping our team as sharp as possible, from requiring monthly training on various subjects from canine body language, to regularly reviewing our policies and procedures as well as providing our team with mental, physical and social outlets as a company to keep everyone performing at their best!
